A bored pokemon 6 by ~ArigahSPRITER:iconArigahSPRITER:

“It’s amazing! It’s crazy! It’s boring!” Noah said sarcastically poking his head out of Gardner’s bag. Gardner rolled her eyes. Noah was located in the bag along with the egg sighed. Gardner, wanting to see all of Sinnoh, had taken the group through Mount Coronet, heading to Snowpoint. The snow had fallen heavily, leaving the group following the wide path with little to see but snow and trees. And more snow. And more trees. Gardner tried to keep a smile, but she knew, there wasn’t much to see here.
“Hush.” Gardner said. “Just keep the egg warm…”
“Kind of hard when my species live in freezing cold weather…” Noah grumbled. Gardner grinned looking at him.
“I could put you in the ball and let Mimi do it.” She said. Noah looked at her.
“You win…” He said closing the top of the backpack. Gardner smiled as she trekked through the knee deep snow. She shivered as the coldness of the snow set in on her legs.

“Tur. Turtwig.” A Turtwig said poking his head out of the bushes.
“No, I don’t think it’s right to see her freeze, but if it wears her down…” A voice said looking out from the bushes. Gardner turned her head hearing the voices in the still air.
  “Tur tur twiiig!” Turtwig said.
“Yeah she saw us. Let’s ru-” The kid said turning to run, to realize Gardner was already there.
“Hey I remember you! You’re that kid who challenged me to a fight in Ete-” She began to say to herself as the kid jumped back. Turtwig jumped off his shoulder, landing in the snow.
“Gardevoir!” The kids said pointing. “I challenge you to a rematch!” Gardner looked at the kid. She closed her eyes, thinking.
“Well… I was heading to Snowpoint, but I guess one match won’t hurt…” She said telepathically, so the kid could hear her.
  “You speak?!” The kid replied.
  “Only mentally.” She said shrugging.
“Alright! You’re going down Gardevoir!” He said.
“It’s Gardner. And we’ll see about that umm…” Gardner replied.
“It’s David. Name’s David.” David replied. She nodded. She pulled a poke ball from her stolen belt, and dropped it in the snow. The sound of the ball popping open rang through the snowy air as Ark popped out of it. He looked at David and grew a slight grin. Turtwig walked into the snow looking at Turtwig grinning himself.
“Turtwig! Let’s make this quick!” David shouted. “Razor leaf!” David said.
“Ark us-” Gardner began but Ark dodged the leaves breathing in. A straight shot of ice flew at Turtwig, freezing it in place. “Nice…!” Gardner said amazed. I didn’t know he knew ice beam… She thought. Ark walked over to the  frozen Turtwig. He began spinning, and large stars began forming around him. He shot his paw out and all of the stars swirled around Turtwig flying inwards shattering the block of ice around him, but the stars cut through him. “Ark… Wow!” Gardner said still amazed. Ark just grinned walking away. Turtwig didn’t get up.
“As good as ever Gardner!” David said returning his Turtwig. He grabbed another ball out of his pack throwing it into the thick snow. A snover popped out. It stretched out it’s branches looking at Ark.
“Ark, thanks, but I think you’ll get too good if you keep fighting.” She said bringing him back to his ball. She dropped Mimi’s Pokeball on the ground. It opened with a loud whoosh as Mimi materialized in the snow.
“Mimi is free!” She squealed jumping in the air, then stopped, her eyes shrinking. “Mimi freezing!” She said ducking into her fluffy fur.
“Now’s not the time Mimi!” Gardner said. “We’ve got a fight on our hands!” She said poking her with Psychic.
“Mimi says fine!” Mimi declared getting out of her fur.
“Snover!” David shouted. “Use Ice Shard!” Snover nodded as he lifted his hand up and shards of ice shot out of the pine needles. Mimi braced herself with her ears. She mumbled.
“Mimi! Jump Kick!” Gardner shouted. Mimi nodded jumping up in the air kicking the snover in the head, toppling it over. Mimi jumped off the snover’s head and landed in the snow. The snover got up dusting itself off. “Again!” Gardner commanded. Mimi jumped in the air but Snover dived out of the way. Mimi kept going and crashed into a tree.
“Owww! Mimi feels pain!” She said holding her foot.
“Snover! Use icy wind!” David said. Mimi looked at the wind fly at her and jumped out of the way.
“Mimi! Try a Jump Kick again!” Gardner said. Mimi looked at herself gulping as she jumped over kicking Snover right in the stomach area. Snover looked in shock as it looked at Mimi, and toppled over. David pulled out his ball returning Snover.
“Great! I lost again!” He said.
“Can I go?” Gardner asked. David nodded, looking down in defeat.
“Um… Better luck next time?” Gardner said heading on into the distance.

The snow seemed to lighten up a little as Gardner approached Snowpoint. The lights of the town lit up the darkness around them as night fell. The blizzard obscured vision so much, the lights were all you could see though.
“That was one heck of a nap!” Noah said as he popped out of the backpack. Gardner looked at him with a smile, rolling her eyes. “We there yet?”
“Almost. Just go back to sleep. It’s late out.” She replied.
“Not tired.” He said, his eyes wandering.
“Then don’t complain to me in the middle of the night when you’re wide awake.” Gardner said as she began to head to the pokemon center. “Hey Noah… duck into the bag.” Noah shrugged and followed her orders.
Gardner let the snow gather up on her head, and she walked into the center, holding her self, and shivering as if she was freezing.
“Oh my!” The Nurse Joy running the center as she saw Gardner ‘stumble’ into the building.
“Need… Shelter…” Gardner said so Nurse Joy could understand it.
“It’s OK…” Nurse Joy said getting a blanket and placing it on Gardner. The nurse thought to herself, Gardevoirs tended to be found in urban locations, since she wasn’t injured, it might be a idea to let her stay in one of the rooms. “Come on. Follow me.” She said as she lead Gardner to a small room with a bed. It was heated, and the snow on Gardner’s head melted quickly.
“Thanks…” Gardner said with a smile. The Nurse nodded, no one sleeps here anyways, the nurse thought.
“I’ll awake you for breakfast.” Nurse Joy said. Gardner nodded slowly as the nurse turned, locking the door and leaving. Gardner restored her posture.
“I feel bad tricking her, but saved time explaining why I need a room.” Gardner said as she was gone. Noah popped out and landed on the floor.
“Heated room. Done hugging your egg.” Noah said as he waddled to a small bed made for pokemon near the bed. “G’night.” He said as he flopped down on it. Gardner took off her backpack and set it down next to Noah. She took the egg out and wrapped it in the blanket that was on the bed. She set it gently on the pillow, then set herself on the bed and set the egg on the pillow on the ground. She looked at the wall and turned the lights with psychic, and closed her eyes, letting herself drift to sleep.

Darkness. That’s what Gardner was dreaming about. She looked through the darkness, but it felt like a never ending labyrinth. It was typical for her to have a dream this way. But this time it was different. Suddenly she thought she heard footsteps. She began to follow them and the darkness became a fog like substance. She saw a dark blob which could be anything. She slowly approached it through the fog. It was a familiar form and shape. A Gallade, it turned to her. She could place it anywhere. Her old trainer, turned into a Gallade.
“Aaron…?” She said. The Gallade stared at her. It was in fact her old trainer… or so it appeared. The Gallade lunged at her blades extend releasing a shriek loud enough to make a deaf person fall to their knees in pain. As the blades made impact with Gardner she shot up out of her bed. She took a deep breath. Her dreams usually were bad, but death was new for her. They say Gardevoirs can tell when something bad happens to the ones close to them. Gardner thought about that. It was around 7 in the morning, and the place was dead silent. Is he OK…? She thought. She got off the bed and looked at the egg. She wrote a note and placed it on Noah’s head. She placed MiMi’s and Ark’s Pokeballs next to him, and pressed the buttons, letting them both out. Gardner looked one last time at the Lucario Egg before teleporting.

The temperature increased heavily along with humidity as she began to materialized in the outskirts of Arrav the pokemon town, Hoenn. She began to head into town.

Mimi just loves talking in the third person, I see. Even when she doesn't have to say a thing.
:iconsunnylighter:
Mimi is as funny as ever

If you can imagine it. You can create it. If you can dream it. You can become it. :sun:
:iconarigahspriter:
Yeah, it's actually based off the Dr. Footsteps when I got my lopunny checked. She talked in 3rd person.

What I did find weird is, in Pokemon Ranger 2, I got it long after I made a bored pokemon. There's a character named Mimi who talks in the 3rd person.

the tricked freezing to death part was awsom
