Thanks to our crappy computer, our internet is slowly dying. And by slowly, I mean Christ what is up with our computer?!

Our internet is pretty much work for 4 minutes, die for half an hour, and work for 5 seconds, die for the night...

I'll be absent for a while.

Well, I haven't had a non angsty non story related update in a while, so here goes nothing.


Well, I'll get the lame stuff out of the way.

I finished One Year later 5 and it's in my scraps because A) I had no ideas, and B) I had to leave details out, so it's only a page and a half long. I couldn't write it, and is my worst deviation to this date. Read it at your own risk.


Finally,
Finally is correct. I finally beat 2 games that have taken me years to beat.

First:
Advance wars DS.
This one was just me making it harder than it was. If you've played it, I stopped playing at the level with the 12 missles (Trying to avoi spoilers) so I gave up for a good year, but I finally beat it, and the rest of the game (Besides that freaking mission with Drake) was no problem.

Second:
Yoshi's Island DS.
I wont lie, this game was no where near it's original, but it had it's moments. I stopped playing cause of the 6th world where you have to find the 4 pool balls to unlock the door. Too tedious for me, and I didn't feel like doing it again until recently.

In other news.
My brothers coming home from college. Happy day.

Well, first off, in first place we have
with Mawlly.
Mawlly was chosen because she easily fits in with my story, along the facts of being a bit of a misfit, and just being a fun character to write about. Mawlly will be one of the four main characters of the series, as a prize of first place.

Cevaz also gave me the most depth in character development, and the longest note out of all.

Second we have
with Sly.
Sly was a neat character who is a smeargle whose paint changes functioning as a mood ring. I like the character, but a somewhat lonely kid is the opposite of what I need as a main character in this story, but fits well in second place as a member on Group 8 team.

Other entries, to the two of you, I liked that you showed interest, and don't feel bad that I didn't pick you, but I preferred my other two choices, and thanks for entering. I might cameo each of your characters in.

Computers fixed, and that means the contest is now officially closed.

But, I will not announce the winner until I submit the first chapter. I have one page of it done, and it might be around 3-5 pages in Microsoft works. I'll edit this journal when I submit the episode with the winners of first and second place.

I'm planning to get it done before school starts, which for me is the 8th.

Well, the computer is back, and it's faster than before, and all that crap is gone. Also we now have more RAM, as we had like, 1 gig of it, and we're supposed to have 2. Then again the tower from my computer is incredibly small... It's a bit thicker the first PS2s, and is maybe a foot long, and maybe 6-8 inches tall.

Anyways... Umm. Yeah.

Turns out my computer is infected, which means I'm going to lose the computer for a few days, as the place we take it to is really good.

So as for the contest, I wont be able to judge it until I get the computer back, as I will update with the first chapter and the winner on the same day. So most likely after school starts I'll get working or have the computer back.

Well, I got all four entries, but if there are any other entries, I guess you have more time to work on them.
